No two projects are alike - therefore the pricing for each project is flexible to accommodate the various types of services.
Hourly Rate
Use as much or as little service as you need. Regular service fee is $30 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Time is calculated by the quarter hour after the minimum project time of one hour is met. This way you pay only for the actual amount of time spent on your project. Invoices are issued and payable upon delivery of work.
Project Rate
A fixed price will be provided based on service and hourly rate. A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of the project. The remaining payment is due upon delivery of work.
Prepaid/Retainer Rate
We recognize the importance of long-term partnerships. If you require services and support for a set amount of hours (5 hours minimum) paid in advance and within our normal business hours you receive a 15% discount. Rates can be negotiated for long-term projects and retainer contracts. Retainer contracts are the most cost effective and efficient way to make use of your time and money.
Not Sure Where To Start?
How about getting starting small. Like five hours a month. Make a list of everything you do in your business each day. If you get stuck, keep a notebook on your desk and write down things as you do it. Now look at the list. Pick something you could delegate to a virtual assistant and would take around five hours a month. Once you have freed up those five hours, make sure you use those hours to do something to grow your business. Maybe do some more marketing or develop a new product line.
